Hello McAuliffe Family! My name is Danielle Kelly. I was born and raised in Boston, MA where I attended public schools my whole life. These K-12 foundations made me feel passionate about education for all, so I pursued my Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Vermont. Additionally, I earned my first Professional Teaching License from the state of Vermont. Upon graduation, I dove straight into a graduate program at Lesley University, where I earned my M.Ed. in Middle School Humanities, along with two more licenses: 5-8 Humanities and 6-12 English Language Instruction. This will be my third-year teaching, second year teaching middle school, and first year at McAuliffe. When I am not teaching, you can find me doing anything outdoors! I love hiking, running, skiing, and biking. I also have a sweet spot for staying in with a cup of hot coffee to relax with friends and family, or try a new baking recipe.
