Teachers & Staff

I grew up on the east coast and spent most of my childhood in Richmond, Virginia. After high school I attended Elon College in North Carolina where I studied psychology and sociology. I moved back to Richmond after graduating and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Since then I have worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with children and families in a variety of different settings. A year ago I moved to Denver with my husband and two children. We have enjoyed the beauty of Colorado and are grateful to be part of the McAuliffe community. I was fortunate enough to volunteer at the McAuliffe library last year and thoroughly enjoyed working with the students, staff, and other volunteers. I look forward to working in the library this year and finding creative ways to inspire McAuliffe students.
