I was born in Colorado but raised in Portland, Oregon. Once I graduated from Portland State University, I hustled to return to my roots, extended family, and blue skies here in Colorado. I love teaching math and am truly thrilled and proud as I see my students’ progression. I enjoy connecting with kids this age, and I am dedicated to helping all kids learn and feel safe and accepted in my classroom. When I’m not at school, I’m enjoying my kids and my husband where we live in Central Park. We love to ski, camp, bike, swim, and play outside. Any time I get to steal for myself is spent exercising, reading a novel, or roasting (and drinking) coffee.
