Having lived in Denver for over 22 years, it is the longest I have lived anywhere, and I love calling it home. Born & raised in upstate New York, attended SUNY Cortland for undergrad and UNC- Chapel Hill for my Masters’ degree. Basically, the human body amazes me and I am in a constant state of awe as to our potential physically, mentally and emotionally. Inspiring people to move is deeply rooted in me and is definitely who I am. My career has always included fitness, nutrition and any form of movement that I could find. In recent years I have really dove deep into the practices of yoga and mindfulness training and incorporate it into my daily life as well as share with others. It is, and has been, my utmost pleasure to create and teach a class focused primarily on the benefits of moving our bodies and practicing self care as we learn how to provide for our amazing human bodies. I am so very grateful for the support of this community, the parents, and the students.
