I attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where I earned a bachelor’s in Journalism. After graduating I moved to Kansas City, Missouri and taught middle school math and coached basketball for three years. While in Kansas City I earned a master’s in Secondary Education. I love learning and am passionate about seeing my students succeed. I am excited to be moving to Denver – I love the adventurous spirit of the city and can’t wait to be closer to family and closer to the mountains. I spend most of my time outside – running, hiking, camping, playing soccer and kayaking.
