MIS Library Activities – Poetry Month

LAB students have planned some fun activities in the library during April to celebrate National Poetry Month! 

• Guest Poet – April 10th – Aerik Francis, guest poet from Lighthouse Writers Workshop, will visit the library on April 10th at 8:10am. He will help students get started writing poetry as well as perform his own poems.  Students can use this form to sign up or stop by the library.  
• MIS Poetry Contest – Any form of poetry or songs accepted! Deliver a written copy to the library or email a copy to Mrs. Esbenshade at kesbens@dpsk12.net. Poems due by May 2nd, 2024
