Spring Club Sports
This spring, MIS will offer various intramural and club sports. Students must be in good academic standing and have a current physical on file to participate. Invoices for payment will be sent via My School Bucks or by the program provider and must be received prior to the start of the activity. Sign-up platforms vary based on the sport.
*Please note that many of these offerings have limited spots due to staffing and facilities. Signups will be based on a first come first serve basis.

Spring Club Sports Information
2025 Girls Lacrosse
- Tryouts: Monday March 17th 4:30pm. Meet on the North Side of MIS by the gardens
- Please bring: Lacrosse stick, goggles, mouth guard, cleats, and water (Extra sticks available if necessary, reach out to allison_rase@dpsk12.net)
- Practices: Mondays and Wednesdays beginning April 2nd. 4:30-6:00pm
- A recent physical from the past calendar year is required to play.
MIS Girls Spring Golf:
- What: An all-levels program that includes lessons, skills games, and Par 3 play.
- When: Mondays 4:45-6 pm April 8-May 12
- Where: Common Grounds Golf Course (Transportation not provided, Carpool encouraged)
- **Space is limited and is first come first served. Please ensure your child can attend a minimum of 5 of 6 sessions.
Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee Tryouts will be Wednesday, March 5th from 4:30-6:15pm.
Tennis (provided by the SNTA)
Learn the fundamentals of competitive play. This intensive, high skills acquisition and fast-paced course teaches one aspect of the game each day of the week using ball machine technology and individualized coaching from a pro. For new and experienced players. No Equipment needed- Free racquets for all participants.
Spring Session:
- When: April 7 – May 2, Monday-Friday, 4:30-5:30
- Where: McAuliffe International School Tennis Courts (On 25th Avenue side of School), 2540 Holly St., Denver, CO
- Cost: $400 (Cash, Check, Money Order or MySparkDenver Card)
- Registration: Please preregister here. Then, Come in person to Tennis Courts Saturdays, 9:00-10:30 – March 8, 15, 22, 29 or April 5 for payment, racquet and packet.
