This is my 6th year teaching and my 2nd year at McAuliffe International Middle School. Before coming to MISl, I taught high school Biology, Anatomy, and STEM in addition to 7th-grade science in California. I also spent a year teaching English in Japan through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) program. I love Japanese food so if you want to find a way into my heart let’s talk about it or better yet eat some!
I graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a degree in Social Justice and Biology. After that, I got my master’s in education through the University of the Pacific. Outside of school, I keep myself busy skiing, camping, hiking, doing yoga, cooking, and traveling. When I’m relaxing at home, you’re likely to find me watching funny tv shows or reading a book.
