I was born and raised in Kansas City and fell in love with Colorado during family ski trips growing up. Knowing I had to be in Colorado, I came out here for college and attended the University of Denver. I then went to the University of Colorado Denver for my Masters degree in Counseling. For the past four years I have been a school counselor in DPS. My passion is helping kids, and I have wanted to be a counselor since I was in high school! When I’m not working, you can find me outdoors and enjoying the beautiful nature Colorado has to offer, including hiking, skiing, and camping (all of which are made better if my beloved dog Emma is there). I also love to read, paint, cook, and spend time with friends and family.
