I am very excited to be joining the team at McAuliffe as an 8th grade science teacher. I have been teaching middle school science and math for the past 5 years in Virginia. Before working in a middle school, I was fortunate enough to experience teaching English in China and working as a Geo-technical Engineer. I am originally from the Philadelphia area, where I went to college and obtained a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education and a Master degree in Geoscience from West Chester University. I am passionate about helping students develop ways to analyze and find solutions to complex problems, while teaching them the fundamentals of science. My wife and I are excited to move to Denver to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
